   Tumhare Pas Maah-E-Ramzan Aaya Hai Jo Ba'Barkat Mahina Hai Uske Roze  Allah Ta'ala Ne Tum Par Farz Kiye Hai Is Mahine Me Jannato Ke Darwaze Khol Diye Jate Hai Aur Jahannum Ke Darwaze Band Kar Diye Jate Hai Aur Shayateen Ko Qaid Kar Diya Jata Hai Is Mahine Me Ek Raat Hai Jo Hazar Mahino Se Behter Hai Jo Is Ki Bhalai Se Mahroom Rakha Gaya Darasl Woh Hi Mahroom Hai..

Hazrath Jaabir رضی الله عنہ  ka bayan hai ke Rasool ALLAH ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:  Ramazan aisa fazeelat wala maheena hai ke har iftaar ke waqt aur raat ke waqt me logoan ko dozakh se aazaad kiya jata hai.

Hazrath Sahal bin Sa'ad رضی الله عنہ  bayan farmate hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:  Jannat me ek darwaza hai jiska naam "Baab ul Rayaan" hai.  Qayamat ke roz ussey rozedaar daakhil hongey aur unke alawa isme koi aur daaqil nahi hoga.  Kaha jayega ke rozedar kahan hain ?  

Farishtey kahenge ke ussey unke alawa aur koi daakhil na ho.  Jab woh daakhil hojayenge toh darwaza bandh kardiya jayega aur koi dusra ussey daakhil na ho sakega. 

Hazrath Abu Huraira رضی الله عنہ  se riwayat hai ke Rasoolullah  ﷺ ne irshad farmaya:  Jo kisi cheez ka joda Allah ki raah me kharch karey toh usey jannat ke darwazoan se aawaaz di jayegi "ay Allah ke bandey yeh behtar hai.  Namaaziyoan ko Baabus Salawat se bulaya jayega aur rozedaroan ko Baabur Rayaan se bulaya jayega aur sadqa dene waloan ko Baabus Sadqa se bulaya jayega.  Hazrath Abubakar Siddiq رضی الله عنہ  ne arz kiya ya Rasoolallah mere maa baap aap par qurbaan! jo in darwazoan se bulaya gaya yeh toh khaas baat na huwi, kya koi aisa hai jisko tamaam darwazoan se bulaya jayega toh Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya, haan ae Abubakar (jinko tamam darwazoan se bulaya jayega) tum bhi in hi me se ho.

Hazrath Abu Huraira رضی الله عنہ  bayan farmate hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne irshad farmaya, Allah ﷻ farmata hai:  Roza mere liye hai aur main hi iski jazaa dunga, bande ne meri khaatir shehwat aur khane peene ko tark kiya.

Huzoor ﷺ ne farmaya, roza dhaal hai aur rozedar ke liye do khushiyan hain; ek khushi roza iftaar karte waqt milti hai aur dusri khushi usey apne Rab ke deedar ke waqt milegi aur rozedar ke munh ki boo Allah ﷻ ke nazdeek kastoori se zyada khushboodar aur paakizah hai. 

Hazrath Abu Huraira raziyallahu anhu bayaan farmate hain ke Rasoolullah sallallahu alaihi wasallam ne irshad farmaya:  Ke ibne Aadam ke har amal me neki ko 10 guna se lekar 700 guna tak barha diya jata hai.  Allah ta'ala farmata hai ibne Aadam ka har amal uske liye hai, siwaye roze ke, ke yeh bilkhusoos mere liye hai aur main hi iski jaza dungi.  Rozadar meri wajah se khane peene aur shehwat se apne aapko dasbardar rakhta hai Rozah Daar Ke Liye Do Khushiya Hai Ek Khushi Rozah Kholne Ke Waqt Aur Ek Apne Rab Ki Mulaqat Ke Waqt Aur Us Ke Munh Ki Khushboo Allah Ke Nazdik Mushk Ki Khushboo Se Zyadah Khushboo Daar Hai ..

Allah Ta'ala Ne Roze Ki Izafat Apni Taraf Ki Hai Aur Farmaya Hai k "Roza Mera Hai "Ya" Roza Bilkhusoos Mere Liye Hai" Hala k Taman Ibadaat Hi Allah Ta'ala Ke Liye Hoti Hai Is Khusoosiyat Ki Ulma Ne Motaddad Wajahat Farmai Hai..

   1) Pahli Wajah Ye Hai k Roze Me Riyakari Nahi Ho Sakti Is liye Ye Ibadat Khas Allah Ta'ala Ke Liye Hai bakhilaf Baqi Ibadaat Ke, K Unme Riyakari Ka Shuba Ho Sakta Hai Magar Roza Ek Aisi Ibadaat Hai Jis Ka Ya Bande Ko Pata Hota Hai Ya Uske Rab Ko Isliye Farmaya " Roza Khas Mere Liye Hai 

    2) Dusri Wajah Ye Hai K Baqi Ibadaat Zahirah Ko Farishte Likh Lete Hai Magar Roze Ko Farishte Nahi Likhte Is Liye Allah Ta'ala Ne Farmaya " Roza Mere Liye Hai 

     3) Tisri Wajah Ye Hai K Roza Rakhne Se Bande Ko Duniya Me Koi Zahiri Faedah Hasil Nahi Hota Bal k Allah Ta'ala Hi Uska Ajr Usko Dega Isliye Farmaya " Roza Mere Liye Hai" 

     4) Chauthi Wajah Ye Hai k Astagna (Be Parwa Hona) Allah Ta'ala Ki Sifaat Me Se Ek Sifat Hai Aur Jab Bandah Din Ke Ek Hisse Me Apni Zarooriyat Se Mustagna (Be Parwa) Ho Jata Hai To Wo Allah Ta'ala Ki Sifat Ka Mazhar Ban Jata Hai Isliye Farmaya k "Roza Mere Liye Hai

     (5) Panchwi Wajah Ye H K Batil Khudao Ki Ibadat, Ruku, Sujood, Tawaf Aur Nazr O Niyaz Waghairah Ke Sath Ki Gai Hai Magar Kisi Batil Aur Jhute Khuda Ki Ibadat Roze Ke Sath Nahi Ki Gai Isliye Allah Ta'ala Ne Farmaya "Roza Mere Liye Hai"

     (6) Chhati Wajah Ye Hai k Roze Ka Khusoosi Sawab Allah Ta'ala Apne Zimme Karam Ke Sath Inayat Farmaega Isliye Allah Ta'ala Ne Farmaya "Roza Mere Liye Hai"

       (7) Saatwi Wajah Ye Hai K Roze Ki Jaza Allah Ta'ala Khud Hoga Yaani Rozadaar Ko Apna Deedar Karwaega Is Liye Allah Ta'ala Ne Farmaya "Roza Mere Liye Hai" 

       (8) Aathwi Wajah Ye Hai K Roza Baqi Ibadaat Me Se Sab Se Zyadah Mahboob Hai Jis Tarah K Sunan Nisai Me Hadees Shareef Hai.........

        Ye Hai K Roza Rozadaar Ke Liye Jahannum Se Dhal Ban Jata Hai Aur Jahannum Ki Aag ko Us Se Door Rakhta Hai Aur Rozadaar Ki Bakhshish Karwa Deta Hai 

_4)Chauthi Tashreeh_

       Ye Hai k Roze Ke Sabab Se Insan Apne Nafs Ke Shar Se Bachta Hai Aur Apne Badan Aur Zuban Ko Gunaho Se Mahfooz Rakhta Hai Is Liye Farmaya Roza Dhal Hai.

   Mukhtalif Aqsam Ki Ibadaat Ko Farz Karne Me Ye Hikmat Bhi Ho Sakti Hai k Har Insan Ki Tabiyat Mukhtalif Hoti Hai Ek Shakhs Agar Badni Mushkilat Ko Bardasht Kar Sakta Hak To Dusra Maali Pareshani Ko Sahar Sakta Hai Lihaza Allah Ta'ala Ne Mukhtalif Qism Ki Ibadat Lazim Farmai Ta K Koi Musalman Agar Ek Qism Ki Ibadat Karne Me Mushkil Mahsoos Kare To Dusri Me Uski Raza Wa Raghbat Ho Sakti Hai Aur Woh Usme Kasrat Kar Ke Apne Rab Ka Qurb Hasil Kar Sakta Hai

       Musalman Par Ye Tamam Ibadaat Lazim Aur Zaruri Hai Lekin Ho Sakta Hai K Koi Shakhs Namaz To Mukammal Tawajja Aur Qalbi Lagao Ke Sath Adaa Kare Lekin Zakaat Ko Itni Ahmiyat Na De Jitni Namaz Ko Deta Hai To Us Shakhs ke liye Qurbe Khudawandi Hasil Karne ke liye Ye Aasani Hai K Woh Zakaat Adaa Kar de Agar Che Is Darja Nek Neeti Aur Qalbi Lagao Na Jitna Namaz Me Hai Aur Phir Namaz Me Bharpur Koshish Kar Ke Us Kami Ko Pura Kar le Jo Zakaat ki Adaegi Karte Hue Rah Gai Hai ..
        Roza Arkane Islam Me Ghair Mamuli Ahmiyat Ka Hamil Rakun Hai Jitni Jaldi Us ke Zarye Qurbe Khudawandi Hasil Kiya Ja Sakta Hai Shayad Kisi Aur Ibadat Ke Zarye Nahi Ho Sakta Roze Me Beshumar Hikmate Aur Fawaed Muzammar Hai Jin Ka Mukammal Me Ahata Ko To Kisi Ke Bas Me Nahi Hai Albatta Chand Hikmato Ka Tazkirah Hasb Zeel Hai.

*ISTAQBAALE RAMAZAN ME HAMARI KHATAYEN:*

*KHATAA NUMBER 1:*

Baaz log maahe ramzan ka istaghbaal baaqi mahinoan ki tarah aam tareeqe se karte hain, yeh khataa hai.  Nabiye Kareem ﷺ ka irshade giraami hai:  Jab Ramazanul Mubarak shuru hota hai toh jannat ke darwaze khol diye jaate hain aur jahannum ke darwaze bandh kardiye jate hain aur shayaateen ko qaid kardiya jata hai aur ek riwayat me hai ke "jakarh" diya jata hai.

*KHATAA NUMBER 2:*

Baaz log ramazan ka maheena shuru hone se 1 ya 2 din pehle roza rakhte hain, baaz shak ki buniyad par ehtiyaatan aur baaz log Ramazanul Mubarak ka istaqbal karne ki gharz se, beherhaal jaise bhi ho, yeh roza rakhna jayez nahi aur khataa hai. 

Hazrath Abu huraira رضی الله عنہ  bayaan karte hain ke Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya:  Tum ramazan se ek ya do din pehle roza na rakho, haan jo shaks pehle se roze rakhta tha, woh rakh le. 

   Agar kisi shaks par pehle ramazan ke khaza roze hain toh woh rakhle, balke is par laazim hai ke pehle fautshida rozoan ko khaza kare..

*KHATAA NUMBER 3:*

Sha'abanul Muazzam ke dinoan ki ginti na karna bhi khata hai.  Ummate Muslimah par yeh laazim hai ke woh Sha'abanul Muazzam ke dinoan ki ginti karen takey Maahe Ramzan ki ginti puri ho sakey, kyonke mahina ya toh 29 din ka hota hai ya 30 din ka. 

HAZRAT abu ne Umar رضی الله عنہ  se marvi hai ke Rasool e Akram ﷺ ne farmaya: Maheena 29 ka hota hai, tum roza na rakho yahan tak ke chand ko dekhlo. Agar matla' abar aalood ho aur chand nazar na aaye toh 30 din purey karo.

Aur Nabiye Kareem ﷺ  ka farmaane mubarak hai: Tum chand dekh kar roza rakho aur usey dekh kar hi roza chorho. Agar matla' abar aalood ho aur chand chup jaye toh Sha'abaan ke 30 din purey karo.

*KHATAA NUMBER 4:*

ILme Nujoom waloan ke kehne par chand ki rawayyat par e'temad karna khataa hai.  Chand ke saboot keliye sirf aank ke dekhne par e'temaad wajib hai jiski 2 musalman aadil gawahi dete hoon. 

Tum me se jo is mahine ko dekhe, usey chahiye ke roza rakhe ..

Aur Nabiye Kareem ﷺ se saheeh hadees marvi hai:  Chand dekh kar roza rakho aur chand dekh kar hi roza chorho.  Aur agar tumhe chand nazar na aaye toh Sha'baan ke 30 din purey karo aur agar 2 gawah gawahi dein toh tum roza rakho aur iftaar karo.

Isse koi shaqs yeh na samjhe ke ek aadmi ki gawahi qubool nahi, balke agar Ramazanul Mubarak ka chand dekhne ek aadil mastoorul haal aadmi de toh uski gawaahi mo'tabar hai. 

 Hazrath Ibne Umar رضی الله عنہ  bayan karte hain:  Log chand dekh rahe they, toh maine Rasoole Akram ﷺ ko khabar di ke maine chand dekh liya hai, is par Aap ﷺ ne roza rakha aur dusroan ko bhi roza rakhne ka hukum diya.

*KHATAA NUMBER 5:*

  Ek sheher waloan ka chand dekhne ke barey me dusre sheher waloan par e'temaad karna khata hai. Albatta agar shehroan ki musaafat khareeb ho toh ro'iyyat ka e'temaad karna durust hai, aur agar itna faasla ho ke jisse mutaalay me ek din ka farq aajaye toh ikhtilaaf mutaalay mo'tabar hoga. 

Hadees No. 1:  Chand dekhe baghair roza na rakho aur chand ke dekhe baghair chodho bhi nahi. Agar aasmaan par gird O ghubaar ho toh aasmaan ke purey hone ka andaza lagao.

Hadees No. 2:  Chand ko dekh kar roza rakho aur chand ko dekh kar hi iftaar karo.

Hadees No. 3:  Jab tum chand ko dekh lo toh roza rakho aur jab dubara dekho toh roza chodho.

Is par Sahaaba Karaam ka amal bhi hai.  In me se Hazrath Abdullah bin Abbas رضی الله عنہ  isee par amal karte they. Isee liye toh unhone ahle Shaam ki ro'iyyat ko qubool na kiya.

Hazrath Kureib رضی الله عنہ  ne khabar di hai ke Hazrath Umme Fazal binte Haaris ne mujhe Hazrath Mu'aaviya رضی الله عنہ  ki taraf mulke Shaam ki taraf bheja.  Main Shaam aaya aur apna kaam mukammal kiya. Maine Ramzanul Mubarak ka chand dekha toh main Shaam me tha.  Maine Jumu'atul Mubarak ki raat chand dekha, phir main maheene ke aaqri dinoan me Ramzan aaya.  Mujhse Hazrath Abdullah bin Abbas رضی الله عنہ ne sawal kiya, phir chand ka zikar kiya aur kaha tumne kab dekha.  Maine kaha ke humne Jumu'ah ki raat ko dekha toh Aap رضی الله عنہ  ne kaha kya tumne Jumu'ah ki raat ko hi dekha tha.  Maine kaha ke aur dusre logoan ne bhi dekha aur roza rakha aur Hazrath Mu'aaviya رضی الله عنہ  ne bhi roza rakha. Toh Hazrath ibne Abbas رضی الله عنہ  ne kaha ke humne toh hafte ki raat ko hi dekha tha toh hum roze rakhenge yahan tak ke 30 din mukammal hojayen ya chand nazar aajaye. Maine arz ki ke kya aapko Hazrath Mu'aaviya رضی الله عنہ  aur unke ashaab ki ro'iyyat kaafi nahi, farmaya nahi,  Hamen Rasoolullah ﷺ ne isee tarah hukum diya...

*KHATAA NUMBER 6:*

Baaz rozedaroan ka apne munh ki bu ko napasand karna bhi ek khataa hai, kyonke rozedaar ke munh ki bu Allah Ta'ala ko mushk se zyada pasand hai. 

Nabiye Kareem ﷺ ka irshaade giraami hai:  Us zaat ki qasam jiske qabzaye qudrat me Mohammad ﷺ ki jaan hai, rozedaar ke munh ki bu Allah Ta'ala ko mushk se zyada pasand hai...

Is bu me takhfeef mumkin hai: 

1. Miswak ke saath, kyonke yeh munh keliye paakeezagi aur Rab ki raza ka baayes hai. 

2. Kulli karne sey, is ehtiyaat ke saath ke pani nigla na jaye. 

3. Toothbrush istemaal karne se,  lekin ehtiyaat ke saath, ke koi cheez halaq se nichey na utre. .

*KHATAA NUMBER 7:*

Baaz logoan ka aise mumalik me roze ke mutalluq taraddud ka shikar hona jahan din bada aur raat choti hoti hai, khata hai. Us sheher waloan par wajib hai ke apne sheher ke raat aur din ke aetebar se roza rakhen. 

Farmane Baari Ta'ala hai:

Tarjuma:  Ae Emaan walo!  Tum par usee tarah roze farz kiye gaye hain jis tarah tum se pehle logoan par farz kiye gaye they takey tum parhezgar banjao.

Aur Irshade Baari Ta'ala hai:

Tarjuma: Khao piyo, yahan tak ke safed dhaga siyah dhage se zahir hojaye yaani fajar duloo' hojaye phir raat tak roze ko pura karo.

Dayaare Saudia ke saabiq mufti Shaikh Mohammad bin Ibrahim ne ispar fatwa diya hai aur kaha hai; In ilaaqoan me raat bhi saheeh hoti hai aur din bhi,  lihaaza jab sooraj ghuroob hojaye toh iftaar karlen aur phir subah ka noor zahir hone tak iftari ki halat par hi rahen.  Agar koi shaqs roze ki khudrat na rakhta ho toh woh roza chorhde aur baad me qaza karle jaise dusre log karte hain.

Shaikh Mohammad bin Saleh Al Aseemeen se sawal kiya gaya,  hamare sheher me sooraj saarhe 9 baje ya 10 baje ghuroob hota hai toh hum roza kab iftar kiya karen?

Jab sooraj ghuroob hojaye toh iftaar kiya karo. Jab tak 24 ghantoan me din aur raat aatey hain tum par roza rakhna wajib hai chahe din lamba hi kyon na ho. *(Kitabul Fataawa min Silsila Kitabud Daawa, Volume 1, Page 160)*

*KHATAA NUMBER 8:*

Ahle Khatbeen (us ilaaqe ke rehne wale jahan 6 maheene raat aur 6 maheene din rehta hai) ka roza na rakhna khataa hai.  Hamare Ulamaaye karaam farmate hain:  Un par namaz o roza farze aen toh nahi hai lekin farz ke mushabah amal karna chahiye, aur jis tarah unhone baqi kamoan keliye waqt muqarrar kar rakhe hain, maslan sham ka khana, dopahar ka khana, kaam ke liye nikalne ka waqt aur soney ka waqt waghera, usee tarah woh apne khareebi mulk ke hisab se namazoan aur rozoan ke auqat banalen aur un me farayez se tashbeeh ekhtiyar karen, yaani jab unke andaze ke mutabiq namaz ka waqt aaye toh namaz ada karen aur jab Ramadanul Mubarak aaye toh roze rakhen.

*KHATAA NUMBER 9:*

Jab Ramadanul Mubarak ke shuru ho jane ya chand ke nazar aane ka aelan kiya jaye toh baaz logoan ka dua mangne se ghaflat baratna khataa hai.

Mustahib hai ke Ramadanul Mubarak ke shuru hone ka aelan kiya jaye toh woh kalimaat adaa kiye jayen jo Rasoolullah ﷺ farmaya karte they.  Jab Aap ﷺ chand dekhte toh farmatey;

Ae Allah, is chand ko hamare liye barkat aur Eman wala,  salamati aur islam wala banade, mera aur tumhara Rab Allah Ta'ala hai.

Doosri riwayat me yeh kalimaat hain:

Allahu Akbar Allahumma Ahillahu alaina bil amni wal eemani wassalaamati wal islami wat taufeeqi lima yuhabbu rabbuna wa rabbukallah.

*KHATAA NUMBER 10:*

Maahe Ramadanul Mubarak ki aamad par uski khushkhabri aur mubarak baad na dena khataa hai.  Haalanke Rasoolullah ﷺ se saabit hai ke Aap ﷺ sahaaba karaam رضی الله عنہ  ko Ramadanul Mubarak ki aamad par khushkhabri diya karte they.  

Hazrath Abu huraira رضی الله عنہ  se marwi hai, Rasoolullah ﷺ ne farmaya:  Tumhare paas Ramadan aaya hai, tumhe yeh maheena mubarak ho.  Allah Ta'ala ne iske roze tum par farz kiye hain. Isme aasmaan ke darwaze khol diye jate hain aur jahannum ke darwaze bandh kar diye jate hain aur shayateen mardood ko khaid kar diya jata hai.  Allah ki khasam! Isme ek aisi raat hai jo 1000 maheenoan se behtar hai, jo iski bhalayi se mehroom raha, toh goya woh mehroom hi raha.

Baaz logoan ka iski mubarak baad dene ke liye deegar kalimaat ko adaa karna bhi durust hai, jaisa ke baaqi khushkhabriyoan ke mawaqe par bole jate hain; maslan, Mabrookun haazash shahru, ya Alhamdulillazi balaghna ilaa hazash shahru, waghera.

*KHATAA NUMBER 11:*

Ramadanul Mubarak ki pehli raat me rozoan ki niyyat na karna khataa hai.  Nabiye Kareem ﷺ ka farmaane aqdas hai:

 Jis ne tulooye fajar se qabal roze ki niyyat na ki, uska roza nahi.

 Jis ne raat ke waqt roze ki niyyat na ki uska roza nahi. 

*(Sunan Nisaayi, Hadees #2199)*

Issey yeh muraad nahi ke Ramadanul Mubarak ki har raat me yeh niyyat karni laazim hai, balke jab Ramadan Shareef ka maheena shuru ho toh sirf pehli raat me yeh niyyat karlen:

 *"Allahumma inni nawaitu an asoomash shahara kullahu"*

 Ae Allah! Main pura maheena roze rakhne ki niyyat karta hoon..

*KHATAA NUMBER 12:*

Ramadanul Mubarak ki har raat me niyyat karna khataa hai kyo ke Ramadanul Mubarak ke roze mutayyin hotey hain, in dinoan me koi aur roza rakha nahi jasakta, isliye in rozoan ki baqaayeda niyyat karne ki hajat nahi hai.

*KHATAA NUMBER 13:*

Yeh kehna ke jo raat ke waqt niyyat karna bhool jaye, us par roze ki qazaa wajib hai, khataa hai, kyonke bhool jane wale par muwaakhiza nahi.

Irshaade Baari Ta'ala hai:

Aur tum par koi harj nahi un kamoan ke barey me jo tum ne khataa se karliye hain, lekin un par zaroor muwaakhiza hoga jin par tumhare diloan me iraada tha.

Aur Nabi ﷺ ka farmane mubarak hai:

Allah Ta'ala ne khataa, nisyaan aur jis kaam par usey majboor kiya gaya, ke mu'aamile me meri ummat se darguzar farmaya hai.

*KHATAA NUMBER 14:*

Us shaqs ka khane ya peene se na rukna jise Ramadan Shareef shuru hojane ka ilm nahi ho saka, khataa hai.

Musafir hone ya soye hone ya kisi aur sabab se malum na hosaka ke Ramadan Shareef shuru hochuka hai, hatta ke din ka kuch hissa guzar jaye, us aadmi par wajib hai ke ab baaqi ka din khane peene se ruk jaye..

 Hazrath Sama bin Akoo' رضی الله عنہ  se marvi hai ke Nabiye Kareem  ﷺ ne ek shaqs ko aashure ke din aelaan karne ke liye bheja: Beshak jisne khaliya hai usey chahiye ke woh roza pura karey aur jisne kuch nahi khaya woh na khaye.

Aese shaks ko chahiye us din khane peene se ruk jaye lekin baad me us din ki Qazaa karle.  Wallahu aalam bis sawab..

*KHATAA NUMBER 15:*

Jab koi shaqs Ramadan Shareef ke pehle din ka roza na rakh saka, maslan qaidi ka mab'oos hone ki wajah se usne chand nahi dekha, toh woh apni qaum ke saath roza rakhe aur jab woh log chorh dein toh yeh bhi chorh de.

Nabiye Kareem ﷺ ka farmane aqdas hai:  

Jis din tum roza rakho woh roza hai, jis din tum chorh do, woh din chorhne wala hai aur jis din tum qurbani karo woh Yaumul Adha hai.

Allama Khitabi kehte hain:  Hadees ka matlab yeh hai ke koshish ke bawajood logoan se khataa ho sakti hai, agar ek qaum ne koshish ki lekin unhone chand ko 30 din purey hone ke baad hi dekha phir unhone roze na chorhey hatta ke 30 ki taedaad puri hogayi aur baad me un par zaahir huwa ke Sha'baan 29 dinoan ka tha toh un par koi muwaaqiza nahi. *(Muallimul Sanan, Volume 2, Page 95, 96)*

Lekin agar unhone 30 ke bajaye 28 rakhe hain toh 29 ki qaza laazim hai kyonke koi bhi mahina 28 dinoan ka nahi hota..

*KHATAA NUMBER 16:*
Maahe Ramadan ke shuru hote hi baaz rozedar mukhtalif khisam ki ibaadaat ki kasrath karte hain aur yeh ek acha aur qaabile taareef amal hai aur Rasoolullah ﷺ ka pyara tareeqa hai.  Aap  ﷺ bhi maahe Ramadan ke aatey hi aisi ibaadaat me mashghool ho jate jo deegar maheenoan me na kiya karte they.

Lekin isme khataa yeh hai ke Maahe Ramadan ki ibtidaa me itni tezi aur quwwat dikhayi jati hai ke aakhir Ramadan tak jate jate unki ibadat me kami aur deeni quwwat me kamzori paida hojati hai.  Lihaaza ibaadat is tareeqe se karni chahiye ke pura maheena hi us ibadat o itaa'at me guzre na ke ibtida ke chand din..

Hadees paak me hai:  Behtareen amal woh hai jo hamesha kiya jaye, agarche woh thoda hi ho.

*KHATAA NUMBER 17:*
Baaz logoan ka in batoan se laa ilm hona ke kaunsi cheezen roze ko todhti aur faasid karti hain, khataa hai.  Khaas taur par Ramadan Shareef ke ibtidayi dinoan me aksar galati waqey hojati hai aur log aise a'amaal kar baith-tey hain jinse roza faasid hojata hai...

Lihaaza har musalman par laazim hai ke woh roza todne wali cheezoan ko jaane aur unhein zehen nasheen karey takey roza faasid hone se bachane me madad mil sakey.

*KHATAA NUMBER 18:*

Jaan boojh kar bila uzar roza todh dene ke azaab se laa ilm hona khataa hai.  Har musalmaan par waajib hai ke apne musalmaan bhayiyoan ko is amal se daraayen, khaas taur par woh log jo din bhar kaam karte hain aur din ke aaqir me pyaas ya bhook ki shiddat se tang aakar roza todh dete hain.

Hazrath Abu Imaama Baaheli رضی الله عنہ  bayan karte hain:

Ek martaba main soya huwa tha ke mere paas 2 aadmi aaye aur mujhe pakadh kar ek dushwar guzaar pahaad par le aaye, kehne lage ke us par charho, maine kaha ke main uski taaqat nahi rakhta, unhone kaha ke hum tumhare liye aasaan kar dete hain, phir main pahaad par charhne laga, hatta ke pahaad ki andheri ghaati par pahuncha toh maine sakht aur shadeed khisam ki aawaazen suneen, maine pucha yeh kya hai, jawab mila yeh jahannumiyoan ki cheeq o pukaar hai.  Phir mujhe aage lejaaya gaya toh maine dekha ek qaum apni koonchoan ke bal latki huwi hai aur uske jabdhoan ko cheer diya gaya hai jin se khoon beh raha hai.  Maine pucha ke yeh kaun log hain?  Jawab mila yeh woh log hain jo roza halaal hone (yaani iftaar ka waqt hone) se qabal roza todh dete they.

*KHATAA NUMBER 19:*

Maahe Ramadan ka isteqbaal raqs, gaana aur aalaate mauseeqi ke saath karna khataa hai.  Nabiye Kareem ﷺ ka farmaane giraami hai: Jisne Ramadan ke roze Emaan ki haalat me sawaab ke gharz se rakhe uske guzashta gunaah maaf kardiye jate hain.

Aur Nabiye Kareem ﷺ ka irshaade giraami hai:

Paanch namaazenm Jumuah dusri Jumuah tak aur ek Ramadan dusre Ramadan tak ke gunahoan ka kuffara banjate hain, jabke kabeera gunaahoan se ijtinaab kiya jaye

In Ahaadees se maalum huwa ke Maahe Ramadan gunahoan ko mita tha hai lekin is surath me ke jab kabeera gunahoan se parhez kiya jaye.  Lihaaza gaane gaakar, raqs karke ya music bajakar uska isteqbaal karna gunaahe kabeera hai.  Issey ijtinaab karne ke baad hi Maahe Siyaam ki barkatoan se mustafeez huwa ja sakta hai.
